A new recipe is here! It’s been a while since I’ve tried something new, but I am super excited to share this one. Recently, I have been looking to incorporate more whole foods in my diet. Which also includes less sugar and less processed foods. These Banana muffins are super easy, yummy ingredients, and the perfect bit of sweet.
Learning to make myself quick and easy whole food options I think muffins are awesome. In college and everyday life when you are in a rush and need something quick, it’s so easy to gravitate towards food choices that are prepackaged. It is most likely not the best option but is more convenient than scrambling to cook something.
These muffins are a great option for a quick and scrumptious snack for on the go. Filled with yummy whole ingredients and naturally sweetened they check off all the good things on my list.
I thought these were absolutely delicious and they are roommate approved! Now I am sure I will be making these every week for the rest of the semester.
