Health and fitness is something I have always been passionate about since a young age. A lot of what has sparked me into this health and fitness passion is by watching Youtubers! I love watching strong, inspirational, and motivational women. Here are my favorite health and fitness youtubers you need to start watching!
I have just recently stumbled upon Linda’s channel but I absolutely adore her. She is fairly new to YouTube but makes videos along the lines of what I eat in a week or eating and exercising like billionaires for a week. Her positivity and mindset is amazing and so encouraging to all her viewers. Linda’s fun bubbly attitude is so refreshing and I specifically love when she references a quote and what it means to her. Side note, I LOVE her editing style! Go watch her most recent video!
Oh Casey! I can’t say enough good things about her! Casey has been making Youtube videos for the longest time and is one of the amazing and inspirational women who have inspired my love for health and fitness. She has tons and tons of Pilates style workout video that can be completed by beginners or experts. My favorite part of Casey’s workouts is that they are friendly and appealing to everyone. You could have never done a Pilates workout in your life and she guides you the entire way. She is also such a positive person! Her mindset and passion for what she does is so evident in her videos and she is always so encouraging! I definitely recommend!!
“It’s a beautiful day to be alive!” and I 100% agree. Whitney is amazing! I have been following her channel for forever. Whitney has been making health and fitness related content for a while but she also released a fitness app, Alive, that has all her workouts on it. There are so many good things to say about Whitney. She really connects with her audience and is super personable. Besides her fitness related content she tries out new recipes, talks about her monthly favorites, and other lifestyle related things. Whitney is super motivational but also relatable in the aspect that she acknowledges it is ok to not get to the gym everyday and to listen to your body!
I love Natacha’s videos! My favorite part about her channel is that a lot of her content and her philosophy on health and fitness is science based. I appreciate that she talks about the scientific aspect of health and fitness and the evidence that backs a lot of things that she promotes. Specifically this is much different than what most fitness youtubers promote or they never touch on the scientific aspect. Natacha listens to her body and eats intuitively, she is never one to promote any fad diets. She frequently posts what I eat in a day, fitness tips, and workouts.
I discovered Maddie over quarantine and I love her dance workouts! Maddie’s content consists of tons of different workout videos from dancing to ballet and she even has low impact friendly workouts (which is amazing for people that have sensitive knees aka me lol)! She has tons of options and releases monthly workout plans if you are looking for something to follow.
Working to live a healthy lifestyle is always the goal. Everyone can always improve and strive to be the best version of themselves. Living to your best potential is the best part of what health and fitness has to offer. It personally makes me feel accomplished and that I did something that is benefitting my body in the long run. If you haven’t heard of these Youtubers, I definitely recommend you check them out. Each and every one of them are super motivational and if you are feeling uninspired I am sure they will make you wanna get up and get moving! Be kind to yourself and be the best version of you!
