February is right around the corner, that means a new months worth of bullet journal spreads. Come along and create this months bullet journal spreads with me, a simple and easy tropical bullet journal spread!
Bullet journaling is one of the new things I wanted to try this year. I thought one of the best ways to start would be attempting a health and fitness bullet journal. My ambition is to use this journal to keep track of my workouts and any healthy recipes I stumble upon.
Easy Tropical Cover Page
To start off the cover page, I always do a mini calendar for reference, my color palette for the month, and a positive quote that I feel is really motivating. This month, “stop doubting yourself, work hard, make it happen” really stuck with me. If you are following along with me, you can chose any quote that you feel really motivates you!
Simple Bullet Journal Spreads
Onto the workout spreads! I love the simple yet colorful open layout of these type of spreads. In January, I followed a pretty similar layout. For my bullet journal the boxes are 12 dots across and 17 dots down as a reference. Using this layout allows me maximize the amount of space I have to write my workouts.
Onto the next page, another simple but super cute layout. These tropical flowers are so cute right! I really wanted to incorporate more of the flowers onto the spread and thought this was an adorable way to do so.
If you followed along and make any of these spreads a part of your journal I would love to see them! You can find these close up pictures on my Pinterest or you can save them by hovering over the images up above.
